Gwyneth Paltrow cooks with Datu Puti

Because she wanted “calamansi (Filipino citrus), an infused soy sauce and a soy sauce with bonito”, Gwyneth Paltrow used local brand Datu Puti’s Toyomansi.

In her website Goop, Hollywood actress Paltrow shared a cooking lesson on how to prepare pan-seared black grouper with local veggies.

Among the ingredients used to give the vegetables — purple okra, zucchini, carrots and breakfast radishes — an Asian flavor was Datu Puti Toyomansi, which even had a photo in the website.

I still can’t get over those purple okras.
